- How can I contact you with any queries?
You can speak to us at any time on Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
If there is a product you are interested in but it is not shown, you are welcome to call, as we may be able to help. Alternatively, you can use the contact form on the "Contact Us" page.
- How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within the UK mainland. We also offer a Saturday delivery service, but this incurs an additional cost.
- How long should delivery take?
Usually orders should be delivered within 7-10 working days, although for Woodweaves and panel blinds allow 14-21 days.
- What if I am unavailable when my order is delivered?
We use a reliable national carrier but we cannot deliver unless there is someone at the address to sign for the goods. Should this be a problem, consider using a neighbours or family member's address, or perhaps your workplace.
- Can I cancel my order?
Blinds are custom made for each individual's order and are of no value to anyone else or resaleable. Accordingly they cannot be cancelled once production has started. Always double check your measurements and order details.
- Is it possible to obtain fabric samples?
Up to 3 samples can be supplied free of charge and should usually be delivered within 2 working days. Samples can be requested via the "Request a Sample" page.
- Is VAT included on all blinds?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT.
- What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Worldpay, our online payment system.
- How will I know if my order has been processed successfully?
All orders and payment will be acknowledged by E-mail.
- Is it possible to get an online quote for a blind?
To find out how much your blind is going to cost before placing an order click on "Add to basket" under your choice of blind and specification and follow the purchasing process. The total cost (inclusive of VAT) will be calculated, and there is no obligation to buy as you will be asked to confirm your purchase.
- Will my details be passed on to any other companies?
We do not disclose your information to third parties or bombard you with mail shots or"follow up" correspondence. You will not be hassled! We hope to achieve a personal andhelpful approach with honest and effective communication.
- Are your blinds covered by a guarantee?
Yes, all of our blinds come with a 12 month guarantee.
Although we operate a quality control system, goods can be defective from time to time. Should this happen we will arrange collection free of charge and repair or replace the product provided there has been no misuse or negligence. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
